Are there any COVID-19 related shipping delays?
All orders continue to be processed within 24-hours Monday – Friday. However, some delays may be possible.
How do I know your products are authentic?
We source all our products directly with the brands biggest distributors.
How do I redeem an existing Gift Card?
If you need to redeem a Gift Card, contact our Customer Care Team.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $1,000. Use code FREESHIP. Only valid on US orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled.
What's the Return policy?
LAVVIN accepts returns of unopened products purchased at full price within 14 days of purchase. Items purchased using a discount code.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase then your order will no longer qualify for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
To begin a return process, email us at info@lavvin.co and provide your order number. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, LAVVIN will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the status of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used at purchase or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
When will my order ship?
Right now most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If you're waiting on an item and want an update you can always email us.

What happens when my item is backordered?
Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We'll provide you with an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and when you check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we'll email you if the date changes.
Who's responsible for duties?
LAVVIN covers all duties for USA orders. If for some reason you get charged for duties, they send us a screenshot and we will pay the duties back to you. LAVVIN is not responsible for duties and VAT, internationally.
What do I do if I think an item that I purchased from your site is faulty?
Simply email info@lavvin.co and we’ll look into this for you. When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
